In 2008 I decided to expand my repertoire to include Dog Portraits.

My second commission was "Cooper", an English Bulldog. In this case I used a portrait taken by the owner's brother that all in the family thought was fantastic, as indeed it was. I was seriously intimidated by all of the folds and subtle colors Cooper displayed, but I think the painting does him justice.
