I spent 9 days in and around Yellowstone Park in October 2008. I was fortunate enough to see wolves. This particular wolf lives in the Tetons. In 2004, I spent many days with a spotting scope watching the wolves and their cubs from several miles distance so they did not know they were being watched (or at least they gave no evidence of it) - it was a very emotional experience for me and one I will never forget.
