I am attempting to put together a collection of large (36" x 48" minimum) animal portraits. I have had a few requests and am thinking of a possible gallery show.

Here is my first attempt. "Alpha Goat" was one of my original paintings and many of you have seen him before. This portrait was painted from the original photo I took of him in the Anderson Valley, which is a lovely grape growing and wine-making region in Northern California. Alpha Goat lives at the Apple Farm, in Philo.
