Jethro lives on a small farm that makes goatmilk ice cream. Delicious! I tasted at the Sunday Marin Farmer's market (civic center), and I believe they have it at Whole Foods. I didn't take this photo, it is used in the promotion for the Ice Cream. The owner was kind enough to supply it to me.
