These paintings are grouped together only by virtue of their size. All were done in my studio in Sausalito. The canvases would be to large for me to handle plein air. Paintings included in this section are 30" x 40", 36" x 36" etc.

This is not a good photograph of this image - it is too large to take a good picture in my studio where I do all of my photography. I have named it "Tripping" for lack of something more descriptive. To me it seems about to fly out of control. The colors are unusual, and the whole thing sort of out there. Also, a lot of texture adds to the complexity of the surface. Interesting painting.
