There is no particular rational for how a particular painting is priced, and I always try to have a few relatively low-priced items so most people can purchase a piece.

I have very nices works for as little as $125 (check out Miniature Paintings, for example). Also, during Open Studio, I often have a "Sale" Bin with very low prices. A lot of clients have started collecting my work this by taking advantage of this.
